Our Company

Our Process

Honey is brought into our warehouse straight from the beekeepers in its raw, natural form. Sometimes this means the honey has crystalized to preserve itself.

We gently warm the honey to its liquid state, keeping it well below the pasteurization level, Doing so preserves the valuable enzymes and precious properties of the honey intact.

After we lightly screen the honey to remove wax and bees, it is simply packaged into our bottles through the filling process in our manufacturing facility. 

Due to its raw form, our honey will crystalize more quickly than other honey companies. This is a clear way to distinguish our natural, high quality honey from the competition, who cheapen their honey through added ingredients like sugar or corn syrup.
