Welcome to TAJA TEA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TAJA TEA website, online store, products, services, content, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by Tajar Gourmet Inc, doing business as TAJA TEA ("TAJA TEA," "we," "us," or "our"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, or by purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Services.

Because colors, images, displays, and product appearances may vary depending on your device and screen settings, we cannot guarantee that the appearance of a product on your device will be identical to the actual product.

Product descriptions, ingredients, availability, packaging, and other product information may be changed or updated at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or restrict sales to particular individuals, geographic areas, or jurisdictions.

Tea products may naturally vary in color, aroma, flavor, and appearance from batch to batch. Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

TAJA TEA reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

Please carefully review your order before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted and processing has begun, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

If we cancel, modify, or decline an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

All sales are final. TAJA TEA does not accept returns or exchanges except where required by applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can review the situation and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other remedy is required or appropriate.

You represent that purchases made through our store are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

TAJA TEA currently ships within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

TAJA TEA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the package be reshipped.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their contents, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, audio, designs, product descriptions, reviews, and the selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by TAJA TEA, Tajar Gourmet Inc, their affiliates, or applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit materials from our Services without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

TAJA TEA's name, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TAJA TEA, Tajar Gourmet Inc, or their respective licensors.

Shopify's name, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property belong to Shopify.

All other trademarks and intellectual property appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, services, or features that we do not control or monitor.

TAJA TEA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and Services.

However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and Tajar Gourmet Inc, doing business as TAJA TEA.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by TAJA TEA or for transactions between you and TAJA TEA.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from or relating to purchases or transactions made with TAJA TEA.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted on Shopify, Shopify may collect and process certain information relating to your access to and use of our Services.
